Colour Me Bronze Professional is not responsible for misuse, incorrect application, improper storage, unsuitable equipment settings, or failure to follow recommended directions.

 

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to availability, payment approval, and acceptance by Colour Me Bronze Professional.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Colour Me Bronze Professional reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse service
  • Decline suspicious transactions
  • Refuse wholesale access
  • Cancel promotional offers where misuse is suspected

Orders remain the property of Colour Me Bronze Professional until payment has been received and approved in full.

 

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error or product error is identified, Colour Me Bronze Professional reserves the right to:

  • Correct the pricing
  • Contact the customer regarding the error
  • Issue a refund where necessary

Shipping charges, processing fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, and international charges are additional unless otherwise stated.

 

BUNDLE PRICING & MULTI-BUY OFFERS

Multi-buy pricing, bundle offers, sample pack pricing, and promotional pack discounts only apply when the designated bundle or pack listing is selected at the time of purchase.

Purchasing multiple individual items separately does not automatically apply bundle pricing, discounted pack pricing, or promotional rates.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart and ensuring the correct product variation, pack option, quantity selection, and pricing structure have been selected prior to completing checkout.

Due to invoicing, accounting, taxation, and system processing requirements, Colour Me Bronze Professional cannot apply retrospective discounts, pricing adjustments, partial refunds, amended invoices, or price matching where an incorrect listing, variation, or product option was selected during checkout.

Promotional pricing, reward codes, training incentives, sample offers, and discount vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Colour Me Bronze Professional reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel promotional offers, discount codes, rewards, wholesale access, or account privileges where misuse, abuse, manipulation, or unauthorised sharing is suspected.

 

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes, vouchers, rewards, promotions, affiliate credits, referral offers, and training incentives are subject to individual conditions of use.

Colour Me Bronze Professional reserves the right to:

  • Modify or cancel promotions at any time
  • Refuse promotional use
  • Remove rewards
  • Cancel discounts obtained through misuse
  • Refuse combined promotions unless specifically permitted

Unauthorised sharing, duplication, manipulation, or misuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension or removal of promotional access.

 

TRAINING COURSES & DIGITAL CONTENT

Training courses, educational materials, videos, downloadable resources, quizzes, and associated content are provided for educational purposes only.

Course access is granted to the registered participant only and must not be shared, copied, screen recorded, redistributed, reproduced, or resold.

  • Monitor participation activity
  • Remove rewards where course misuse is identified
  • Suspend or terminate course access for policy breaches

Completion rewards, vouchers, discounts, free samples, or Partner Program upgrades may be withheld where course abuse, skipping, manipulation, or integrity concerns are identified.

 

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather events, international regulations, or other factors outside our control.

Colour Me Bronze Professional is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Couriers
  • Customs
  • International clearance procedures
  • Import regulations
  • Tariffs or duties
  • Delivery disruptions

International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their own country’s import laws, customs requirements, taxes, duties, tariffs, clearance fees, and restrictions prior to purchasing.

For USA orders, applicable import tariffs and clearance charges may be prepaid by Colour Me Bronze Professional and incorporated into the checkout process or order pricing structure.

For all other countries, any customs charges, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or import-related charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refusal to pay customs charges, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or import-related charges does not qualify for reimbursement of shipping costs, replacement orders, reshipment, or refunds.

Colour Me Bronze Professional is not responsible for delays, customs holds, seized shipments, refused deliveries, or additional import charges imposed by customs authorities or courier companies.

Shipping charges are non-refundable where deliveries are refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or rejected due to unpaid customs charges, import restrictions, or local regulatory requirements.

Refusal to pay customs charges, duties, tariffs, or import fees does not qualify for reimbursement of shipping costs or replacement orders.

 

INCORRECT ORDERS & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact Colour Me Bronze Professional within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Products must not be used if believed to be incorrect or damaged.

Any use of the product will be deemed acceptance of the goods received.

Where an error is confirmed to be caused by Colour Me Bronze Professional, replacement products or appropriate resolutions will be arranged.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colour Me Bronze Professional shall not be liable for:

Customers are responsible for patch testing, product suitability assessments, and professional application practices.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
