Terms and Conditions
Colour Me Bronze Professional has developed a subscription payment plan designed to make it as convenient as possible for our stockists.
Salon Partners/Stockists electing to take up the subscription plan agree to pay their financial obligations under the terms and conditions of the Subscription Payment Plan set forth as follows:
- Subscriptions purchased using the Subscription Payment Program are for either 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. The Purchaser is obligated to make all payments until full contract amount has been paid in full. There is no early termination of plan or payments.
- Only Paypal may be used for the Subscription Payment Program.
- The initial payment is due at the time of purchase.
- Payments are taken out automatically via Paypal each week/month on the day/date that the Subscription Payment program was initiated.
- Solutions will be sent the day after payment has been received into the Colour Me Bronze Paypal account. If payment is received on a weekend or a public holiday the shipment will be sent on the next business day.`1
- There is no monthly service fee associated with these Subscription Plans.
- Any changes to the Salon Partner/Stockists account must be brought to Colour Me Bronze Professional’s attention immediately so that updates can be made and so there is no interference in the billing cycle.
- Inactive accounts, account with insufficient funds, or payments that are returned for any reason will be subject to a fee of $10. Distribution of solutions to Salon Partner/Stockist will be suspended until both the fee and original amount owed is paid.
- Subscription Payment Plans cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer (“Offer”), unless approved by Colour Me Bronze Professional.
- You should keep copies of these Terms & Conditions and any sales receipt or other materials relevant to your purchase of the Colour Me Bronze Professional Subscription Plan for your records. Colour Me Bronze Professional reserves the right to substitute, change, cancel or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, including terminating payments. In the event that the Subscription Plan is terminated, you will be still responsible for any outstanding balances due under the terms of your Subscription Plan with Paypal.
- Subscription Plans are not transferrable.
- Your solutions should be selected at first purchase. If you do not nominate new solutions to be sent to you prior to the date that your next shipment is due to be sent the same solutions from your previous order will automatically be sent to you.
- In the event that incorrect solutions are sent to you Colour Me Bronze Professional will organise for those solutions to be collected and returned to Colour Me Bronze Professional and your correct solutions will be sent to you at no extra charge.
- Any additional purchases that are needed to be made outside of your subscription service will be calculated at your Partner Program rate and sent seperately to your Subscription Order.
- Purchases made via the subscription service will still calculate towards your Partner Program levels and will still calculate towards your annual rebate.
